Harry Niedzwiadek, Chairman

Harry's career has been built upon his passion for science and technology. He has chosen the path of technology innovation and entreprenuership throughout his career.

As vice president and chief scientist, he helped grow Autometric Inc (1974-1994) into a thriving technology company that was purchased by Boeing. He started Image Matters LLC in 2001, serving as CEO and Chairman. He launched smartRealm in 2009 and has served on its board since. His numerous and varied innovations span the early years of digital analytical photogrammetry, geographic information systems, database, and web technologies. At smartRealm, his focus is to live out a long-held dream of building a truly "smart services" platform that will assist countless users in challenging situations with a level of heretofore not experienced actionable knowledge-on-demand.

Randy Greaves, Secretary

Dr. Greaves completed his B.S. in Chemistry in 1979 and his Doctorate in Analytical Chemistry in 1986. Between 1985 and 1995 he worked within the laboratory industry as a GC-MS Chemist, GC-MS Manager, Lab Manager, Lab Director and Vice President.

In 1995 Dr. Greaves founded Analytical Instrument Recycle, Inc (AIR). Between 1995 and 2006 he developed the company into one of the most successful and respected reconditioned laboratory instrument companies in the United States. The business is highly technical with most of the service engineering staff having intimate knowledge of instrument repair, performance standards, analytical methods and the requirements of analytical chemists and laboratory operations. As the owner of AIR, Dr. Greaves directly evaluated over a hundred different analytical laboratories and purchased the entire laboratory assets of 30 different lab facilities throughout the United States. These assets were reconditioned by AIR and resold at fair market value prices throughout the United States and the world. Dr. Greaves has over 25 years of chemistry and laboratory experience with 10 years of direct experience in buying, selling, and evaluating laboratory assets. In 2006 Dr. Greaves sold AIR to company employees and now works on special projects.

Richard Bartels, Treasurer

Richard Bartels is the owner of Bartels & Company, LLC, a full-service CPA firm located in Greeley, Colorado. His firm has an emphasis in assisting clients in the construction contracting, real estate developing, oil, gas, and retail industries.

Richard graduated from Colorado State University in 1981 where he received his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in accounting. He immediately began his professional career working in the Denver office of KPMG-Peat Marwick. Richard founded Bartels & Company, LLC in 1990.

Richard is a member of the American Institute of Certi‑fed Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the board of directors of several non-pro‑fit organizations and is currently on the board of directors of the Weld County Youth and Family Connections, Inc., the Daniel H. Alberts Foundation and United Way of Weld County. Richard was recently recognized by the Colorado Society of Certi‑fied Public Accountants as a “CPA Who Makes a Difference.”
